We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges on faulty & defective. If your order is faulty, we certainly want to make it right. On the other side of the coin, we can’t accept returns that is in working order. Please be sure all items are returned or exchanged within 10 days of the purchase date. Items purchased online can only be returned through the mail. Once we receive the returned stock, refund will be done within 7 working days to the original source of payment done.
